Return Policy
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will only be given for defective products, NOT USER ERROR. Please see our candle care instructions to ensure a safe and proper burn. All orders will ship within 1 week of ordering. A USPS shipping tracking number can be provided. If package is confirmed delivered - a refund due to shipping will not be available.
